Description:  The glossy abelia is a plant that has been in this area for many years.  It has glossy green foliage, and blooms from late spring to fall.  The flowers are white to a lilac-pink, and are funnel shaped.  It is a lightly fragrant plant that is attractive to butterflies and hummingbirds.  This is an easy plant to grow that requires very little care.

Size:  The glossy abelia will grow up to 5' tall and 5' wide.  It can be pruned to maintain the size.
