  • Description: The Burning Bush (Euonymous alatus - winged euonymous) is a mounding, flat-topped shrub, usually growing wider than high.  It has dark green leaves in the spring and summer, becoming a brilliant red in the fall.  The corky-winged branches are effective in the winter landscape, along with the orange clusters of berries.  This is an easy plant to grow as it requires little care, and is quite drought tolerant.
  • Size: 6'-8' tall and 8' - 10' wide when mature.
